  Seaseme oil - 2 tblspn
  Mustard - 1 tsp

Method:

1. Peel off the skin of the mango and grate it.
2. Marinate it with required salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Leave it for 20mints. It will ooze out little water that will prevent sticking in pan while frying.

Note:
* It goes a well side dish with all tiffen items but my favourite is curd rice.
* while using take a clean dry spoon.
*  store it in a fridge and use it for 1 month. If you are keep it in outside it will be good only for 3 days.
